Having obtained my license in 2006, I am very excited to be part of Century 21 Don Campbell Real Estate Limited during this time of growth and change that the City of Orillia is experiencing. Within recent years the City has seen the arrival of Casino Rama, the Ontario Provincial Police Headquarters, Lakehead University, West Orillia Sports Complex, and a brand new downtown library! There have been many changes in Orillia and the future looks extremely bright. Orillia has certainly become the place to Live, Work, and Invest!
I am a very high energy, enthusiastic, and customer service driven person. I pride myself in exceptional service and strive to meet the individual needs and personalities of each of my clients. An Orillia and area resident for over 40 years, I am the mother of four children. Over the years, I have been a contributing member of the community by volunteering at various schools, providing Sunday School assistance, volunteering at the local MS walk, as well as helping with both the Orillia Rotary and Quota Clubs and also volunteered at Orillia Soldiers Memorial Hospital for several years. Having been raised on a farm by immigrant parents, I developed a strong understanding of the relationship between hard work and success. One of my favourite quotes comes from one of Orillia's own; "I am a great believer in luck, and I find the harder I work the luckier I am." by Stephen Leacock. At the same time, real estate has been a passion of mine ever since I purchased my first home at the age of 22 years. I believe I have a particular eye for home staging and interior design, helping many seller clients prepare their homes for resale. Although I enjoy helping all ages and backgrounds with their real estate needs, I have had specific success in assisting first-time home buyers with their challenging path throughout the real estate process. Whether young or old, upsizing or downsizing, down payment or no down payment, I am excited to help anyone that is looking to buy or sell real estate!
