With training in Holistic Psychotherapy, Life Coaching and Hypnosis, I go beyond "talk-only" therapy and utilize creative, body-focused modalities that catalyze transformation at a subconscious and cellular level. My areas of focus include low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, career development, stress, men's issues, relationship issues, existential issues, self-actualization and radical personal growth. Given my own background, I have an affinity to work with clients who identify with the corporate world, men, Millennials, university students, new immigrants, clients of South Asian and Middle Eastern heritage and seekers of personal and spiritual development. I am currently charging $100/hour and also provide a sliding scale for those facing financial challenges. I am also seeing e-counselling clients.
