I went to this Spa for the first time in June 2018 to get Reflexology done. I am familiar with the process, since I have had reflexology in the past from other service providers. I will not return to Pearl Health Centre for this treatment again. The service provider "Wendy" was very rough and when I asked her to reduce the pressure, she said she didn't speak English. I have bruising and scratches on my legs from this poor treatment.
