My intervention draws upon over 30 years of clinical experience and incorporates techniques such as: Brief Solution Focused, Insight Oriented, EMDR, CBT and many other proven techniques and therapeutic approaches. I am an advanced hypno-therapist and also do Emotion Focused Therapy. I am a cancer survivor and can 100% help you transform "fear" to "faith" and assist you to tackle any physical health healing journey with confidence and positivity. I can assist you with conquering your addictions (drug, alcohol, gambling, sex,shopping, technology) and I often write reports for the courts after a period of therapy, on your behalf to assist with Domestic Violence charges and Drug and Alcohol related offences. If you suffer from the excruciating pain of anxiety and or /panic attacks, I can often help clients significantly in even one session. We are now facing the challenges of parenting the "Generation of Entitlement". Adult children are staying home longer and are often involved in drugs, alcohol and technology in an unbalanced way leaving parents defenseless. There is help here!
