Choices In Action Counselling Services is a psychotherapy and counselling service for adult men and women.
The psychotherapy stream run by Monica Forst, helps clients explore and work through a variety of issues including: • Childhood abuse/trauma • Anger and aggression • Relationship/marital problems • Separation/divorce • Substance abuse as well as process addictions (gambling, sex and food) • Depression and anxiety • Loss and grieving The counselling stream run by Marcia Forst, focuses specifically on issues related to employment, career and job satisfaction, including: • Career decision making • Workplace dissatisfaction • Improving interpersonal relationships • Conflict resolution • Confidence building • Corporate/organizational issues • Team building
