I brought my brand new car into this paticular Midas to have winter tires removed and summers put on. Upon completion, I saw my car up on the hoist and noticed that all four wheels were damaged. 1 inch long gouges were taken out of each wheel. Since I check my rims every time I put air in my tires, I know that this was Midas' doing. When I asked the manager about the machine used, he said there was "rubber missing off of the machine, but that it shouldn't have affected your wheels." A complaint to Midas head office basically said I have to take this man to small claims court, and Midas head office will not do anything to help me. The manager of the store said "it's your word against mine" and that he won't be accepting responsibility. When I asked him how someone damages four wheels in the space of 10 months by hitting a curb on each wheel, he had no answer. NEVER take your to 3771, EVER!
