Due to safety issues we needed some trees removed from our backyard. After some research, meeting with Ryan, and receiving a quote from him we decided to go with Downey Tree Service. Ryan and his team were safety conscious and respectful of our property while removing the trees. Ryan, being an Arborist, was able to help us understand what to look for in a healthy tree and gave us advice and tips on maintaining our remaining white birch. We are so thankful to still have the birch at the side which is due to their hard work and efforts in saving the tree while working around it while removing the poplars. The helpful tips, all part of the wonderful customer service they provide. These guys were polite and friendly all while maintaining a level of professionalism. Left us with peace of mind and a clean yard! We have some other work to be done, and we’ll definitely be calling The Downey Tree Service Team to do it. Thanks again!
