(We highly suggest avoidance, however, as it is much less expensive) As very personable unassuming and prof. tradesmen, who have dealt with many kinds of tenants, from many varried and social-economic backgrounds, most people tend to confide in us, and though we will NOT break those confidences, (we will however, seek consent, through presenting FACTS, that will make the NEED to do so, obvious.)
